Return Policy:
Catalog or standard products may be returned with a 15% restocking fee within 90 days of shipment and if received in "AS SHIPPED" condition. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the unit(s) and approval by our service technicians. No credit shall be allowed for custom, one-of-a-kind or out of warranty products.

Procedure:
Download and complete our Product Return Form.  Once completed, send the form to our team via email at orders@metrixvibration.com  Your request to Return Parts to Metrix (RMA form) will be reviewed.  If authorized, an RMA Number will be assigned .  Please enter the RMA Number on the form and return the units to Metrix for processing.
