MX2033 3-Wire Driver

The Metrix proximity system can work with a variety of monitor racks, including those that can accept 200 mV/mil (7.87 mV/µm) or 100 mV/mil (3.93 mV/µm). The versatility of the system makes it an ideal spare part. One can configure this digital proximity system for probe type, material type, and system length. It can also work with other manufacturers’ probes and cables and meet the API 670 requirements.

MX2034 4-20 mA Transmitter

The Metrix MX2034 Proximity Transmitter is field configurable for radial vibration, axial position or speed measurements. It combines the performance of a fully API 670-compliant eddy-current proximity measurement system with the flexibility of digital configurability. Users can order exactly what they want, or they can configure their transmitter system in the field using Metrix’ free software. The MX2034 can be field configured for over 40 target materials, a variety of probe tip diameters, different manufacturers, extension cable lengths, and linear ranges. It is the ideal spare part.

The MX2034 is capable of eliminating cross-talk between two adjacently installed proximity probes, the dynamic output signal measured at the BNC can be configured for positive or negative polarity depending upon the application, and transient electrical spikes can be suppressed in the system because the sensor samples at such a high rate (18,000 times per second). There are many other advanced features of the MX2034 that customers can take advantage of to optimize the value of their transmitter system. MX8030 Proximity Probe

The MX8030 probe series has two diameter probe types consisting of 5mm and 8mm tips. These proximity probes usually come in 0.5- and 1-meter system lengths, other lengths are available. The associated triaxial cable provides a very durable shield to protect the coaxial cable inside. There are no special tools needed to set it up, due to the VibeLock™ connectors that keep the proximity probe cable and the extension cable connections in place.

MX8031 Extension Cables

This extension cable is available in 4, 4.5, 6-, 6.5-, 8-, and 8.5-meter lengths. This cable is a triaxial cable and is very durable. It has North America, ATEX and IECEx approvals, and is compliant with API 670 guidelines. These probes are fully interchangeable with Bently Nevada 3300 XL 5mm/8mm probes.

This extension cable system comes with the VibeLock™ connectors and Triaxial Cables. This extension cable will make it easier to adapt the heavy-duty nature of these cables to fit your operations.

The TIGHTVIEW^® Proximity System was designed to fit very tight spaces and provide an excellent linear measurement compared to competitive products for similar applications.

MX2030 Probe Series

This proximity probe usually comes in 0.5- and 1-meter system lengths, other lengths are available. When used with the MX2031 extension cable and MX2033 driver, it can deliver full API 670-compliant performance.
