The Metrix MX5000 Vibration Monitoring System (VMS) is a next-generation monitoring and protection system designed to simplify machinery protection without compromising performance.
Built on a modular, DIN-rail architecture, it delivers API 670–compliant monitoring with flexible scalability up to 24 channels, making it ideal for both new installations and seamless rack replacements. With hazardous area approvals, SIL 2 capability, and easy integration into existing wiring and control systems, the MX5000 provides a practical, cost-effective path to modernizing asset protection. Its modular design allows a user to take advantage of each module’s standalone capacity, with the ability to combine systems with up to 7 modules and 24 vibration channels.
